Here's my take on it. Reminds me of that song by Gilbert O'Sullivan, Alone Again (Naturally).
I created the lonely girl in DAZ, a 3D program and sat her on a trunk from Rucola Designs Show of Wonders kit and placed them in a background from Marta Van Eck's steampunk kit.
