Oh YUM, that sounds good, Debbie. My local art group just started an art recipe swap, at the end of which we will each have an album of art/recipes. I will add yours!! Great "take" on this week's challenge!

That's a very interesting recipe and a lovely card!
I love salads of any kind and this one really appeals to me because it is so different to anything I have tasted before. I had never thought of using sweet strawberries in a tangy and savoury salad! I am definitely going to try it.

Luscious looking strawberries on your recipe card. I've had fresh spinach/strawberries salad and it was delicious.
